First, a birthday celebration!
Just one year ago today, a sweet baby boy was born! Keyen was born on September 6, 2011.
This was the first time I held him the day after he was born. He was so tiny! It's been so fun to watch him grow this past year! He is now walking, "talking," eating, drinking, and doing so much by himself! He is such a sweet little boy and makes me laugh a lot during the day! Happy 1st Birthday, Key-Key! I love you!
The second awesome thing that happened last year on September 6th was that we met Penny for the first time!
She flew on an airplane from Kansas, and once she arrived at the pet store, we got to go meet her! We couldn't take her out of her kennel, but we sure did think she was cute! We actually had to choose between her and another female Havanese! It was a tough choice, but I'm glad we picked our Penny!
She sure has changed in a year! She was only 8 weeks old when we took her home with us! Check out this video to see how tiny she was!
