RIP Jonah

For the past week or two, we have noticed a steady decline in our cute, little pet Betta fish, Jonah. He wasn't swimming. Or eating. Or doing much of anything. But, he was still breathing.

That is, up until yesterday morning when I checked on him.

We said goodbye to Jonah after two and a half years with him (I am totally blown away that he lived that long anyway!).

Bye, Jonah. You were a great fish and thanks for brightening up our kitchen for so long.

From a few months ago:  he used to love to hide behind Steve (that's the statue).
